Dad Charged After Police Bust Underage Drinking Party: Police Blotter

MONDAY, JUNE 3

Money Changes Everything

Two friends had a verbal argument over money at 8:43 p.m. on the 500 block of Leonard Lane. No physical contact occurred during the incident, police said.

Not the Crime Scene, Sorry

A man reported at 7:54 p.m. that his vehicle was damaged while parked on the 600 block of Burr Ridge Parkway. After reviewing video, it appears the damage happened somewhere outside the village, police said.  

No Driver's License 

Baudelio Vicuna, 46, of the 800 block of South LaGrange Road, LaGrange, was charged with no valid driver's license and cited for disobeying a traffic control signal and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Vicuna was arrested after police stopped him at 11:06 a.m. at County Line Road and Veterans Boulevard, police said.

SUNDAY, JUNE 2

They Needed A Lift

Low-hanging, non-sparking wires were reported at 11:32 a.m. at Madison and 83rd. ComEd was notified.

FRIDAY, MAY 31

Dad Takes Heat for Drinking Party

Robert Slowik, 46, of the 15W200 block of 72nd Street, was charged with having a prohibited gathering at his home. Slowik was arrested at 11 p.m. after police responded to his house for a loud noise complaint and discovered a graduation party with underage drinking, according to a report.

50 Tires Stolen From Business

A business on the 15W500 block of North Frontage Road reported at 1:29 p.m. that about 50 tires were stolen over the past week. There were no suspects.
