Burr Ridge Housing Market Has Another Good Month: November Home Sales
Twice as many homes were sold in Burr Ridge in November 2012 than were sold in November 2011, the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors reports.
The 12 detached, single-family homes sold in Burr Ridge during November represented a 100 percent increase over November 2011, according to the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors (MORe). There were 11 homes sold in Burr Ridge during October. Though the number of homes sold increased year-over-year in Burr Ridge, the median price of homes sold in November 2012 ($512,500) was 31.6 percent lower than the median price of homes sold in November 2011 ($749,500).
