Not So Yogi-Yogi's Class

This is a great Bikram Yoga class for the intimidated person interested in taking a Bikram class.  This class is a full 90 minutes with 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room with a decreased temperature from the traditional class.  Our goal is to introduce the series in a more relaxed atmosphere.
