This year’s Loyola University Health System Burr Ridge 5K Run/Walk and Kids Dash, implemented by seven year race organizer, Right-Fit Sport Fitness Wellness, LLC., hopes to create a family oriented race day whose net proceeds will benefit Ronald McDonald Children’s Hospital. This timely and exciting 5k race hopes to bring the community together while welcoming the new Loyola Center for Health at Burr Ridge located at 6800 N. Frontage Road.
This year’s race will start and finish at Burr Ridge Parkway adjacent to County Line Square on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. Grab some fresh fruit and water provided by Brookhaven Marketplace after crossing the finish line but race day festivities won’t stop there! Instead, County Line Square is hosting a variety of onsite activities. The activities include, but are not limited to:

The cost of the 5K Run/ Walk is $35 per person; or $45 after June 1. The first eight hundred runners will receive a t-shirt and goodie bag with giveaways from local businesses in the area. Join forces to help support Ronal d McDonald Children’s Hospital, which is committed to the compassionate care of infants, children and adolescents. This is the seventh year Right Fit Sport Fitness Wellness has orchestrated this beneficial event and hopes to exceed prior year registrants by securing upwards of 800 runners.
