Children's Class

Bikram Yoga Burr Ridge Children's Class

Sunday, September 9th.  1-2pm.

The Children's Class is in a decreased heated room for 60 minutes and is for children of any age with an adult.  We complete one set of each standing series and then the floor series.  This is a great way for children to see the yoga that their family and friends love!

Preregister online or in the studio.  A minimum of 10 students needed for class to be held.  The cost is only $10 per student.  Monthly autopay and yearly members are FREE!

Please note that every child needs a completed release form signed by a parent or guardian.
