No School Today, 'Exam Cram' Starts at Indian Prairie Public Library

It's finals week at Hinsdale South, and the library is offering resources for all Burr Ridge students in 7th - 12th grade.

It's finals week for students. Exams will be administered during the following periods:

Tuesday Jan. 17—Periods 3, 4/5, 5/6, or 4/6, and 6/7 or 7/8

Wednesday Jan. 18—Periods 2, 10, and 6/8

Thursday Jan. 19—Periods 1 and 9

On Tuesday, counselors from Hinsdale South will be meeting with students at to help set their schedules for freshman year.

During exam week, the is offering “Exam Cram” for 7th through 12th graders. During this time, the library will have tables, chairs, easels and dry erase boards set up for students who want to work in groups.

Teens with an IPPL card can check out one of the library's four net books or eight laptops to use in the library for up to two hours. The laptops are equipped with Microsoft Windows Office Suite and ree high speed wifi Internet access.

Hours for 'Exam Cram' are:

Monday, Jan. 16:  9 a.m. – 8:45 p.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 17: 11 a.m. – 8:45 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 18: 11 a.m. – 8:45 p.m.

The Indian Prairie Public Library serves residents in parts of Burr Ridge, all of Willowbrook and most of Darien, along with surrounding unincorporated areas.
