On Wednesday, Sept. 7 at 7 p.m., Whole Foods Market will demonstrate how to plan healthy, economical family dinners for a week, including tips, pricing, an actual cooking demo, and samples at the Indian Prairie Public Library. This event is free and open to the public, but registrations are limited to 40.
