Arbor Day Celebration
On Friday, April 29, at 2:15 p.m. the Village of Burr Ridge will celebrate its 15th Annual Arbor Day with members of the Gower Middle School gardening club. Village Arborist, Gary Gatlin, will be on hand to talk with students about the history of Arbor Day and the many benefits of trees and plants. This program and the Village’s commitment to tree planting has earned Burr Ridge Tree City U.S.A. recognition for 15 consecutive years.
