Two Drivers Arrested on Drug-Related Charges
The following information was supplied by the Burr Ridge Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction
arrested two drivers on drug-related charges during separate traffic stops incidents for car-related violations.
Police stopped the car of Isac Ramos, 37, of S510 W. 5th in Sterling for an equipment violation at County Line Road and Veterans at about 9:59 a.m. Oct. 15. He was charged with manufacture/delivery of 30 to 500 grams of cannabis, a Class 3 felony, police said.
The car of Dorian Ford, 19, of 10S635 Ivy Lane in Willowbrook, was stopped at Shore Drive and South Frontage Road at about 1:46 a.m. Oct. 16 for driving without headlights. He was charged with possession of cannabis under 30 grams.

4 drivers get 9 tickets
Burr Ridge police ticketed a driver for speeding and no insurance during a traffic stop at 83rd Street and Clynderven at about 12:25 a.m. Oct. 14.

A driver was ticketed for no license plate light and no insurance when stopped when stopped at Route 83 and Honeysuckle Rose Lane at about 2:39 a.m. Oct. 15.
Police issued tickets for a suspended license, suspended registration and no insurance to a driver they stopped at 72nd Street and Wolf Road at about 3:04 a.m. Oct. 15.
A driver whom Burr Ridge police stopped at Burr Ridge Parkway and Lincolnshire Drive at about 3:22 a.m. Oct. 16 was ticketed for no U-turn and no insurance.
