Resident Loses $550 in Credit Card Fraud
The following information was supplied by the Burr Ridge Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
A resident of the 6200 block of Grant Street reported Aug. 19 losing $550 through a fraudulent charge on a credit card.
Car Break In On Omaha Drive
Someone shattered the passenger side window of a car parked in the driveway of a home on the 8400 block of Omaha Drive, Burr Ridge police learned Aug. 18. Police say nothing was taken.

Lumber Stolen
Four boards of lumber, one 2x4 and the three others 3x6, were stolen from the side of a home on the 400 block of Kirkwood where they were being stored, it was reported at about 5:52 p.m. Aug. 18.

Argument in park
Police were callled to the scene of an argument between two people in the park on the 7400 block of Wolf Road at about 12:54 p.m. Aug. 21. No arrests were made.
