Purses Taken Over 2 Days Out of 3 Cars Outside Burr Ridge Business
The following information was supplied by the Burr Ridge Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
Purses were taken Sept. 26 and 28 out of three cars parked at Lifetime Fitness, 601 Burr Ridge Parkway, according to .
The window of the vehicle was broken to get the purse from the front seat, in the incident at about 4:33 p.m. Sept. 28, police said.
In one incident Sept 26, a car was broken into but nothing was stolen. Those break-ins that day were reported at 8:35, 9:01 and 9:05 a.m.

Semitrailer taken
A semitrailer was taken without authorization on 83rd Street, police learned at about 6:56 a.m. Sept. 29.

Construction supplies stolen
Construction supplies worth more than $500 were reported Sept. 28 as stolen on the 8300 block of Madison Street.
Wallet lost
A lost wallet was reported at about 7:36 p.m. Sept. 26 at the Burr Ridge police station, 7700 County Line Road.
