SUNDAY, JUNE 24

Burglary from Motor Vehicle

At about 9:06 p.m., received a report that someone had punched out a lock in a work van parked in the Quality Inn parking lot at 15W300 South Frontage Road. A GPS and tools were taken.

Deceptive Practices

At about 2:45 p.m., a resident on the 700 Block of Village Center Drive reported that he never received payment for a car he sold in 2009.

Theft $500 and Under

At about 3:11 p.m., a resident on the 6800 Block of High Grove Boulevard reported that someone took money from her purse.

TUESDAY, JUNE 19

Credit Card Fraud

At about 5:16 p.m., a resident near the intersection of 79th Street and Eleanor Place reported that someone had used the resident's credit card to make on-line hotel reservations. The transaction was canceled by the hotel chain with no loss to the resident.
