Police Blotter: Police Respond to Suicide Threat and Phone Harassment

Some items from the police blotter during the week of Feb. 7-11.

On Feb. 7 at 4:31 p.m. police responded to a suicide threat on the 7600 block of County Line Road. According to police reports, the intoxicated and desponded subject voluntarily checked into Hinsdale Hospital for evaluation and treatment.

On Feb. 8 at 2:02 p.m. a resident on the 6000 block of Garfield Avenue notified police that sometime over the past two months, a spare tire had been stolen from his car.

On Feb. 8 at 4:58 p.m. police were notified that harassing phone calls were being made at a business on the 700 block of Village Center Drive. Police are investigating.
