A resident told at about 4:04 p.m. June 11, that a statue from the resident’s yard on the 0-100 block of Mallory Court was moved to the porch and accompanied by .

At about 8:44, p.m. police stopped some teens from throwing water balloons at cars at the intersection of County Line Road and 79th Street. Police say no damage was reported, and the teens were given a lecture.

Toilet Set on Fire

The category of this Geneva police blotter item is "disorderly conduct," and, yes, that's a pretty good way to describe it.

The just keep on comin' in Geneva, where early-morning incidents are becoming part of the summer experience.

In the latest, someone left a toilet in the driveway of a home in the 100 block of Bedford lane, then set fire to debris in the toilet bowl sometime between midnight and 5:30 a.m. June 23, Geneva police reports said.

Police reported to the scene at 7:38 a.m. June 23, at which time the officer observed a white ceramic toilet in the driveway about 25 feet from the residence.

The homeowner told police that she did see a toilet outside of a residence off of Williamsburg on June 22, apparently awaiting garbage-day pickup. After officers canvassed the neighborhood, a neighbor told police he had seen the toilet in the driveway at around 4:15 a.m. as he was heading to work.

Someone dressed like a “Star  Wars” movie character of bushes at Kensington and Elm avenues at about 10:14 p.m. June 24 and scaring people. The person who called police did not want officers to respond.

Driver Thinks He is in Arlington Heights, Maybe

St. Charles police say a West Chicago man who they later was so confused, he did not what town he was in.

Officers arrived at a crash site after 11 p.m. June 16 and saw a driver of a vehicle, later identified as Christopher Stefanczyk of West Chicago, slumped over his steering wheel and unresponsive to raps on the window, police said.

Officers had to break out a window in order to unlock the driver’s door, according to reports, and pull the driver from the car.

Stefanczyk told police he was coming from Rolling Meadows after “playing a gig.” Officers asked Stefanczyk if he knew where he was and he responded that he was in Arlington Heights. He was asked the same question again and gave the same response, followed by a comment of not knowing why officers were making a big deal about what town he was in.

Police said Stefanczyk kept falling asleep while they questioned him at the scene. He was taken to the police station because he could not physically stand for field sobriety tests. At the police station he asked officers if he was in St. Charles and after being told yes, Stefanczyk wanted to know why they brought him there all the way from Bloomingdale, according to the report.

Stefanczyk was charged with DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid accident and improper lane usage.

Little Details About Man Who Exposed Himself

Wheaton residents told local police that to them around 6:20 p.m. June 26 near the intersection of President Street and Pershing Avenue. According to the police report the man had brown hair and appeared to be in his late 20s. However, the report did not include information about the color of the man’s skin or any possible outstanding features.

When a Man Wants Hotdogs, He Wants Hotdogs

A June 25 with a clerk at the 7-11 on Main Street over a hotdog and threw change at the clerk and spit on the counter. The man became upset when he wanted to buy two hotdogs but there was only one. After initially deciding to press charges, the clerk at 7-11 eventually changed his mind.

'I'm Hungry!'

A resident of the 200 block of Washington Avenue told police that , wearing a white tank top and red or pink shorts, rang the doorbell at about 11:24 p.m. June 23 and asked for leftovers. Police could not find her.
