Motorist Charged with Possession

The following arrest information was provided by the Burr Ridge Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

On July 10, Flavio Gallarzo, 25, 16633 Kingsbrook, Crest Hill, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams or under at 3:28 a.m. after being stopped at Plainfield Road and Route 83 for vehicle equipment violations.

Sometime between July 11 and July 12, soccer goal posts were stolen from behind the Burr Ridge Park District shed, 7425 Wolf Rd. The theft occurred between 1:56 p.m. July 11 and 8:10 a.m. July 12.

On July 18, a driver lost control of a vehicle, left the roadway and struck a tree and some bushes at 7406 Forest Hill Road at 5:21 p.m. No arrest was made, but Burr Ridge police issued moving violation citations.
