Man Charged With Marijuana Possession: Police Blotter

FRIDAY, AUG. 2

Hands Off, Please

Kenneth C. Norkus, 62, of the 15W600 block of 82nd Street, Burr Ridge, was charged with battery after grabbing the shoulder of a hot tub repair person, according to police. He was arrested at 5:10 p.m., processed and released after posting bond.

Worker's Identity Stolen

A Chicago resident at 1:38 p.m. reported that another person was using his identity to work for a company in Burr Ridge. The Chicagoan did briefly work in Burr Ridge, but was terminated in June, according to police.

TUESDAY, JULY 30

Marijuana Possession

Roger Borowski, 26, of the 8800 block of South Willow Road, Hickory Hills, was charged with possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. Borowski was stopped at 11:51 p.m. for having an expired license plate on Route 83 at I-55, police said.
