Fender Bender Leads to Cannabis Charges
The following information was provided by the Burr Ridge Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
DUI/Cannabis possession
At about 12:07 a.m. on May 20, Burr Ridge Police responded to 15W122 South Frontage Road, where a Dodge had backed into a parked Chevy. Brian Schmidt, 40, of 10814 S. 76th Avenue in Worth, was charged with Driving under the influence on private property, possession of Cannabis and driving while license suspended. No one was injured in the incident.

At about 2:39 a.m. on May 18, police responded to the scene of a suspicious vehicle report at 100 Carriage Way Drive. At that time Barbara Sutter, 55, of 2212 Comstock in Naperville was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
