Suspicious Circumstance
A resident wanted police to check his or her home because of a phone call received at work regarding delivery of a package. The person was not expecting anything and became suspicious, police said. Officers at 9:50 a.m. checked the home on 94th Place and found no signs of criminal activity.

Dog Bite
A housekeeping employee at 1:08 p.m. was bitten by the registered guests’ dog when entering a room to clean on the 15W300 block of Frontage Road. The employee was treated and released by Hinsdale Hospital, police said.
Assist State Police
A Burr Ridge officer stood by at 7:59 a.m. while Illinois State Police cited a driver for speeding on I-55 at Joliet Road, according to a police report.

DUI
Marcus Conner, 39, of the 2000 block of Wheatfield, Romeoville, was charged at 12:11 a.m. with DUI while driving his 2005 Chevrolet on Clarendon Hills Road at southbound I-55, police said.
SATURDAY, APRIL 27
$600 Bike Stolen
A bicycle worth about $600 was reported stolen at 4:40 p.m. from a backyard on the 7700 block of Hamilton Avenue.
Lost, Then Found
A student reported his or her i-Pod Touch and cell phone were taken at 11:31 a.m. on the 7900 block of Madison Street, but both items were later found. There were no signs of criminal activity, police said.
Lost Wallet
A shopper at 10:24 a.m. came into the Burr Ridge Police Department to report losing his or her wallet while at a local business.
