Car Hits Deer on County Line Road

The following information was supplied by the Burr Ridge Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction

A vehicle going south on County Line Road north of Plainfield Road struck a deer at about 6:57 p.m. Oct. 24, said. Police did not indicate the severity of any injuries.

Car doesn’t yield, gets in crash

A car failed to yield at 79th Street and Madison Street causing an accident at about 3:09 p.m. Oct. 20, police said. That driver was ticketed for failure to yield at an intersection.

Two more accidents

No tickets were issued nor injuries reported after a rear-end collision at Kingery Highway and Central Avenue at about 12:42 p.m. Oct. 20 or an intersection crash at Burr Ridge Parkway and Lincolnshire Drive at about 9:30 a.m. Oct. 24.

Two drivers lack insurance

A driver was ticketed at County Line Road and 79th Street at about 3:02 p.m. Oct. 23 for disobeying a traffic control device and no insurance.

Police ticketed a driver stopped at County Line Road and Carriage Way at about 10:54 p.m. Oct. 23 for improper lane use, violating a median and no insurance.
