Girl Scouts Promise Circle to Commemorate 100th Anniversary

Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. is commemorating its 100th Anniversary with Promise Circles throughout the nation on Monday, March 12, 2012, at 7:12 p.m. The Prairie Flower Service Unit, which serves Girl Scouts in the western suburbs, encompassing Burr Ridge, LaGrange, Countryside, Indian Head Park, LaGrange Highlands, Western Springs and surrounding communities, is holding a Promise Circle at Walker Park, Pleasantdale Park District, 7425 S. Wolf Road, Burr Ridge, on Monday, March 12. All Girl Scouts, past and present, are invited to join us at this event. We will be setting up the circle between 6:30 p.m. and 7:11 p.m. and will begin promptly at 7:12 p.m. to recite the Girl Scout Promise and Law to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Girl Scouts of the U.S.A.
