An officer from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
(USCIS) will briefly review the process of how to become a citizen,
demonstrate how to use the USCIS website, and discuss citizenship
interviews. Register at www.calendar.ippl.info or call 630-887-8760 ext. 240
The library has also created a citizenship corner
with books, DVDs, CDs, and other materials to prepare for citizenship.
Funds for these materials were awarded by the Illinois State Library, a
Division of the Office of Secretary of State, using funds provided by
the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services under the federal
Library Services and Technology Act.
