Burr Ridge, Clarendon Hills and Hinsdale have some pretty terrific restaurants—each with its own special dishes and unique ambiance. Sometimes all it takes is one ingredient to put a dish over the top and one detail to put a restaurant over the top. So we decided to take look at one detail that might not be on the menu.
