Burr Ridge Restaurants Host Mothers Day Brunch Specials

Mothers Day is one of the biggest days of the year for dining out, and several restaurants have created special menus for the big event.

• The will be serving a Mothers Day buffet brunch that includes eggs benedict, mango-glazed salmon, chef action stations with honey baked ham, roasted top sirloin and omelet stations. • has a special surf and turf special entree for Mothers Day. The cost is $34.95 and includes twin medallions with an herb-crusted lobster tail. The restaurant also will be selling gift baskets of wine and gourmet chocolates.

• will be serving its Mothers Day brunch from 11 a.m. through 2 p.m. The brunch features a made-to-order omelet station, full selection of other hot breakfast items, fresh fruit salad, smoked salmon, peel and eat shrimp, fresh vegetables, creamed corn, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, Eddie’s signature macaroni and cheese, chicken, cedar-plank salmon, a carving station featuring Prime beef tenderloin with Diane sauce and spiral glazed ham.
  The restaurant also will offer a selection of desserts, along with a make-your-own brownie and ice cream station. The restaurant will open for dinner earlier at 4 p.m.

• at has created a special Mothers Day Brunch menu that will be available until 2:30 p.m. Sunday. The cost for the brunch is $29.95 a person and all children under the age of five eat for free. He's also created a dinner menu that will be available at 4 p.m.
