SEO and Web Analyst

Primary responsibilities include:

Search engine optimization

• Working with client services teams and internal resources to determine SEO opportunities and challenges
• Performing in-depth keyword research using keyword tools and input from client services team, client stakeholders, etc.
• Analyzing sites to determine opportunities for improvement in search presence
• Analyzing competitors' sites and search presence
• Developing site tags and editing content
• Developing and executing link-building strategies and tactical plans, working with agency public relations and social media teams
• Monitoring and reporting on SEO performance and providing ongoing strategic and tactical recommendations

Web Analytics
• Working with client services teams to understand client analytics requirements
• Developing analytics plans -- goals, key performance indicators, engagement metrics, etc.
• Working with internal and client IT teams to ensure proper site tagging and code implementation and to resolve issues or discrepancies
• Analyzing website behavior, creating analytics reports and providing ongoing recommendations for improvement
• Managing the setup and reporting for site testing -- A/B split testing, etc.
• Working with internal teams to integrate web analytics tools (primarily Google Analytics) with reporting on marketing channel performance --email, online /offline advertising, etc.
• SEM exposure to developing and managing PPC search campaigns and managing display advertising campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in search engine optimization and web analytics
• Significant experience working with Google Analytics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in B2B marketing a big plus
