Job Description

• Develop necessary internal financial reporting and analysis to develop the business unit’s financial objectives and support and optimize business decisions, focusing on the commercial aspects
• Proactively support the management of the Business unit providing and analyzing financial data and developing recommendations on improvement areas
• Ensure reliability and integrity of the data in the official CNH financial reporting
• Understand the competitive pricing framework for all Precision Agriculture and Construction products in the marketplace, for all regions, and share/communicate with the pricing organizations of the brands and Parts, and to work with them to make recommendations to optimize the CNH pricing strategy. Develop, analyze, and recommend pricing for new products and new models
• Communicate regularly with engineering and marketing to understand product changes to ensure accurate price lists and programming offerings
• Collect and maintain database of current pricing information
• Liaise with Finance to integrate pricing model into overall Financial model for the PA&C business unit
• Work closely with the brands and parts to periodically review pricing on current options and prepare recommendations for price adjustments were necessary
• Provide monthly sales and margins reports to the management analyzing actual results against budgets/forecasts and support on ad hoc analysis
• Develop, monitor and regularly report the financial projections of the Precision AG & CE Business Unit
• Define and communicate assumptions used as well as analyze and determine gross margin, NPV, payback, sensitivity, and Pro-Forma income statements.
• Directly support the Marketing team in the budgeting and forecasting process for the commercial activity

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Accounting, Finance, Business or related area
• CPA, CMA, MBA and/or CFA is preferable
• 5+ years relevant experience in a variety of diverse accounting, finance and/or control positions within a manufacturing organization required
• Financial analytics and modeling experience required with a strong understanding in all key areas of Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel required. Knowledge of SAP is required, Hyperion is preferred.
• Strong leadership competencies and skills with ability to cross-functionally lead and communicate effectively with all levels of management in a large, international, matrix organization is requried..
