Aging Well Hinsdale-Burr Ridge to Host Fitness and Fun Event

Area seniors will be able to participate in an interactive fitness session and learn the value of games at the next Aging Well Hinsdale-Burr Ridge event to be held at the Burr Ridge Park District.

The Hinsdale-Burr Ridge Aging Well Community Action Team invites area senior adults to attend a wellness-fitness presentation, “Who Said Games are Just for Kids,” from 9:30 a.m. to noon, Wednesday, Nov. 7, at the Burr Ridge Park District, 15W400 Harvester Drive, Burr Ridge. The event will begin with an interactive fitness session led by King-Bruwaert House Fitness Director Barbara Schafer, followed by Mike Rohan of All Trust Home Care in
Hinsdale discussing brain fitness and games/activities. The event concludes
with a fun-filled performance by The   K-B Adorables and Men in Black.

A $10 fee includes a full catered lunch with dessert. Pre-registration is strongly
encouraged to plan for the lunch. To register or request information, contact
