Burr Ridge Artist Showcases Work at Downers Grove Public Library

Eve Ozer created pieces inspired by books and written word.

Burr Ridge artist Eve Ozer says getting cancer was really the impetus to get back into her art, the artist who is vice president of Design Group in Westmont by day, is currently showcasing three pieces titled “Un Ballo in Maschera”, which means masked ball in Italian, at Downers Grove Public Library through May 3, Sun Times reported.

Ozer used books of music from her stepfather, who’s an opera signer, to create the pieces for the Book/Art exhibition by Midwest Collage Society, which challenged its 60 members to create multimedia pieces inspired by books and the written word, Sun Times reported.
