Mac Duggal, an India-born designer who now lives and works in Burr Ridge, has been creating gowns for pageants, films and other special events for 25 years. Customers can purchase his gowns for homecoming and other dances online.

Alixandra Collections is the perfect one-stop shop for jewelry and accessories to accompany your homecoming outfit. Alixandra's selection of purses, as well as headbands by designer Deepa Gurnani, will complete any look.

3. , 47 S. Washington, Hinsdale 

This formal wear shop has gowns as well as cocktail dresses that would be just as elegant at homecoming as they would on a bridesmaid. The shop also sells shoes and hair accessories for formal occasions. 

4. , 480 Village Center Drive, Burr Ridge

Claire's is currently featuring a Homecoming Queen line of merchandise. Items for sale include hair accessories, clutches and jewelry. These pieces also come at teen-friendly prices; all items in the line cost less than $20. 

5. , 575 Village Center Drive, Burr Ridge

White House Black Market boasts a wide selection of cocktail dresses for the girl who wants to wear a fun, short dress this homecoming. This strapless lace dress would look great with a statement necklace, while the tiered chiffon dress is perfect for dancing.
