The Burr Ridge United Church of Christ, located at the corner of Plainfield and County Line roads, will begin its Christmas celebration with a 10 a.m. Sunday School pageant, as well as tree-trimming during the 10 a.m. service. Santa will be making an appearance from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with a homemade cookie sale ($8 per pound) also taking place during this time frame.
