Barbara's Bookstore is part of a chain of retail stores in the Chicago area. The first one opened on Wells Street in Chicago's Old Town neighborhood in the early ‘60’s.
There ar two types of stores in the chain. Large neighborhood stores are called Barbara’s Bookstore. Smaller stores in high traffic locations called Barbara’s Bestsellers.
