Underage Party Busted, Restaurant Employee Fights Coworker: Police Blotter

SUNDAY, FEB. 17

Drunk Punch

Police said a drunken person punched and broke the rear window of another person's SUV while it was parked in the 15W100 block of South Frontage Road. When police responded to the report at 7:53 a.m., restitution had already been made and the owner of the vehicle did not press charges. 

Underage Party Busted

An underage drinking party in the 0-100 block of Andrew Court was broken up by police at 11:06 p.m., police said. All juveniles at the party were released to parents, police said, and an investigation is pending.

FRIDAY, FEB. 15

DUI for Homer Glen Driver

Nenad Bojkovski, 43, of the 15100 block of Acorn Lane, Homer Glen, was charged with DUI, police said, after he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol during a 3:39 a.m. traffic stop near the intersection of 79th and Madison streets, and refused an ensuing breath test.

Bojkovski was released to appear in court.

Battery Charge for Restaurant Employee

Shuntai Mei, 25, of the 2800 block of Hillock Avenue, Chicago, was charged with battery after he struck a coworker during an altercation that took place at the restaurant where Mei works in the 200 block of Burr Ridge Parkway at 4:55 p.m., police said.

Mei was released to appear in court.
