It is a wonderful gesture on this individual's part to offer this reward, but people stepping forth with information should not hinge on reward money. Offering any information that may lead to solving this heinous crime is simply the right thing to do.

fhc: Your point is well taken. I agree that offering the information would be the right thing to do. I think in this day and age, however, many people find themselves wanting someone else to be the person to step forward or take a stand. I've heard people say they just don't want to get involved in something that doesn't affect them. Sadly enough, in those cases, money can be the motivator that makes the difference, showing people "what's in it for them."

I tend to agree with you Sabrina, but I do hope if anyone has information about this case, that they will step forward regardless of the reward. I, as many others, would love to see this guy caught and put behind bars!

If the reward is an incentive for someone to come forward, then I don't care what they do with the money. Maybe the reward is the right incentive for a person to spend a critical few extra minutes thinking about what they may have seen. Sabrina keep up posted on how to help the family if at all possible.

Suggestion: Can individuals add to the reward? You know the *hithead said something to one of his *hithead friends who will turn him in for the right amount of money. Lets drive the reward up to hundreds of thousands. After five years, if no one is arrested the money can revert to a scholarship in Kelli's honor. Someone show us how to do it.... or set it up. I'll chip in!
