Hotel Room, Mailbox, Windows All Damaged: Police Blotter

Burr Ridge police reports, Nov. 20-27.

 

SATURDAY, NOV. 24

Hotel Room Trashed

Management at Extended Stay America, 15W122 S. Frontage Rd., reported to police at 12:40 p.m. that they had found in one of their rooms a burned portion of carpet, a damaged TV remote and cable box, and a spilled beer, police said. The case is under investigation.  

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 21

Mailbox Damaged by Pumpkin

An officer on patrol in the 1400 block of Tomlin Drive at 3:28 a.m. found that a mailbox had been damaged by a pumpkin, police said. The resident was notified. 

Windows Shot Out

A complainant from the 200 block of Burr Ridge Parkway reported that two of the complainant's windows were shot out sometime between 11:30 p.m. Nov. 20 and 10:15 a.m. Nov. 21. Police said the damage could have possibly been done with a BB gun, but the case is still under investigation.
